Beth Rankin

Born and raised on the Great Lakes in Northeast Ohio, Beth Rankin has a photojournalism degree from Kent State University and a career that spans breaking news, travel, food, music and digital journalism in Ohio, Texas and Colorado.

She previously worked as the Dallas Observer's food editor, an editor and digital strategist at the Beaumont Enterprise, host of The Local Scene on 91.3 KVLU and metro reporter at the Akron Beacon Journal. Rankin joined The Denver Post in July 2019 as entertainment editor and editor of The Know. She has been The Post's director of audience since spring 2022.
