A man in a stolen vehicle was shot by a Montrose County sheriff’s deputy after trying to flee and crashing into the deputy’s patrol vehicle, city officials said Monday.
"I will tell you very directly that our member was targeted today by a man that intended to kill him, and that is shocking and unacceptable," Col. Matthew Packard said.
Aurora police said officers have not arrested any gang members on charges related to collecting rent from residents at three properties owned by CBZ Property Management.
